Deep dive into claim_unclaimed subprojects
These subprojects use claim_unclaimed=1 to automatically grab ALL worklogs
from entire Jira projects, regardless of what work was actually done. This creates lazy
catchall "sinks" that are too broad to be useful for analysis or business decision-making.
Example: "HR sink" with 5,202 hours could include hiring, employee development, HR admin, 1:1s, performance reviews - all mixed together with no way to distinguish.
